Any personal identifiable information (PII), including names, contact numbers, and email addresses, voluntarily shared with the NGO is stored securely in our internal systems and used solely for official communication related to our programs, initiatives, events, and activities. By submitting your personal information, you provide your free, informed, and specific consent to receive calls, messages, or other communications from authorized representatives of the NGO.
All personal information collected by the NGO remains strictly confidential and is not shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party, except where required under applicable Indian laws or lawful directions from competent authorities.
Media Capture, Usage, and Intellectual Property Consent
During NGO events, programs, campaigns, or activities—whether organized, sponsored, or conducted in partnership with other organizations—photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media may be captured.
By volunteering for or participating in any event associated with Manavta Ki Pehchan NGO, individuals irrevocably grant the NGO the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute such media for publicity, promotional, awareness, advertising, documentation, and amplification purposes across digital, print, and social media platforms, without any time or geographic limitation.
Participants expressly agree that no royalty, compensation, copyright, or intellectual property claims shall be raised against the NGO for the use of such media, at any present or future time.
If an individual wishes to request removal of specific media content, a written request may be submitted to ngomanavtakipehchan@gmail.com. Upon verification, the NGO will review the request and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.
Data Access, Correction, and Deletion
In accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023, individuals have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data held by the NGO. Such requests must be made by emailing ngomanavtakipehchan@gmail.com and will be processed after due verification and within a reasonable period.
